1. Acceptance of Terms
By using StageTix, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Ticket Purchases
When you purchase a ticket, you receive a non-transferable license to attend the event, subject to the event's terms. Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out.
3. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, managing ticket inventory, and fulfilling event obligations. StageTix is not liable for canceled or modified events.
4. Platform Fees
StageTix charges a platform fee on each ticket sale, typically 5% of the ticket price. This fee is displayed at checkout.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use StageTix to sell counterfeit tickets, manipulate pricing, or engage in fraudulent activity. Violators will be permanently banned.
6. Limitation of Liability
StageTix is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
